What to expect from this course; Deepen your connection to the plant spirit world, identify plants in our environment that call out to us as individuals, deepen our knowledge and connection to ourselves, one another and our sacred plant medicine teachers. Connect in and understand what our plant teachers are trying to tell / teach us. Connecting with plant spirit teachers is a practice rooted in the old ways. We Approach this practice with reverence and respect for the plant kingdom, indigenous wisdom, and the environment. We will Engage in a mindfulness practice to quiet the mind and create a receptive state for plant spirit communication. Keep a journal to record your experiences, thoughts, and insights during and after your plant spirit journeys.
